Job summary

Workday seeks a Director of Client Platforms to lead global endpoint engineering and management. You will set the hardware/OS strategy for Apple and PC/Android fleets, ensuring premium employee experience while enforcing strong security.

You will lead a global team, collaborate with Information Security on zero-trust initiatives, drive AI-driven automation, and manage deployment pipelines and vendor relationships across Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune.

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise IT leadership experience.
4+ years leading global client platform/endpoint teams.
5+ years with Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune.

Responsibilities

Define and execute global hardware, OS, and endpoint management strategy across macOS/iOS and PC/Android ecosystems.
Partner with Information Security to establish and enforce zero-trust baselines and rapid patching/vulnerability remediation.
Leverage AI capabilities and automation to accelerate device onboarding/offboarding and improve ticket deflection for endpoint issues.
Direct and grow a global team of endpoint engineers, architects, and platform leads across time zones.
Own and optimize core platform stack including Jamf Pro, Intune, EDR agents, and zero-touch deployment pipelines.
Drive global hardware procurement, manage OEM relationships, and oversee licensing costs to maximize ROI.
