Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise IT leadership experience.

• Experience managing fleets 25,000+ endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Define global hardware/OS/endpoint strategy for macOS, iOS, Windows, Android.
• Partner with Security to enforce zero-trust and patching cadence.
• Lead AI-enabled automation for device provisioning and ticket deflection.
• Direct and develop a global team across time zones.
• Own core platform stack: Jamf Pro, Intune, EDR, Autopilot.
• Drive hardware procurement and vendor negotiations.
