Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial leadership.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and winning large, complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global business development strategy aligned with Business Unit growth objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and accounts.
• Drive pipeline development, lead qualification, and conversion of strategic opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Expand ABEC’s footprint within existing customers through cross-selling and upselling.
