Rocketlane, based in Lehi, Utah, is hiring a Global Director, Sales Development to lead our BDR/SDR teams and scale our outbound engine.

You will manage ~30 BDRs across North America, EMEA, and India, shift to a high-relevance, solution-oriented approach, and mentor future Account Executives.

This hybrid role requires travel to India/EMEA, offers meaningful compensation and an equity package, and fuels growth in a Series C environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in leadership, managing BDR/SDR in high-growth startups.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams (India/EMEA).
• Proven ability to shift from volume-based to solution-oriented outreach.
