Job summary

Dayforce seeks a Senior Director, Managed Operations to lead a globally distributed Managed Services organization delivering onboarding, payroll, compliance, benefits, and support. You will drive AI-enabled transformation, automation, and scalable processes while building a customer-centric, high-performing team across regions.

The role partners with Product, Technology, Sales, Finance, HR, and Customer Success to influence enterprise decisions and improve service delivery worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience managing large service organizations (Managed Services, Payroll, HCM, SaaS Operations).
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams across multiple countries and cultures.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in workforce planning and capacity modeling.
• Customer-centric leadership with data-driven decision making and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Managed Services organization across onboarding, payroll ops, tax & compliance, benefits, support, and shared services.
• Develop and execute long-term strategy for AI transformation, automation, and scalability.
• Build trusted advisor relationships; deliver consultative solutions and improve customer experience.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Sales, Finance, HR, and regional leaders to influence enterprise decisions.
• Lead a diverse, high-performing workforce with coaching, succession planning and a culture of psychological safety.
• Develop annual operating plans, budgets, capacity models, and performance metrics across regions.
• Champion transformational leadership to simplify complexity and drive AI-native operating models.
