Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Director, Service Delivery to own the end-to-end service engine for Money Services and Workforce Solutions, guiding a large, geographically distributed team.

The role focuses on redesigning operating models, deploying AI-powered quality management, and driving transformational change to enable growth and superior customer outcomes.

You will collaborate with Product, Legal, Compliance, and executive leadership to set strategy and deliver measurable impact at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, multi-layer organizations at enterprise scale.
• Proven ability to redesign operating models and drive AI-enabled transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management across Product, Legal, Compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery for Money Services and Workforce Solutions at enterprise scale.
• Redesign operating model and implement AI-enhanced workflows without disrupting live operations.
• Operationalize AI-powered quality management system with real-time coaching.
• Lead organizational change and governance to enable scalable growth.
• Oversee workforce planning, capacity management, and real-time scheduling optimization.
• Design scalable onboarding for experts tied to consumption, upsell, retention and customer experience.
• Ensure payroll tax operations meet regulatory compliance across federal/state levels.
