Job summary

Workday, a Fortune 500 leader in AI-powered enterprise software, seeks a Global Director, Digital Value Management. You will lead a global team to deliver value-driven digital tooling, data benchmarks, and AI-enabled assets that scale across Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Sales, and more.

You will partner with Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Business Technology to translate revenue priorities into live tooling, measurable outcomes, and self-service

Qualifications

6+ years of field experience in Value Management, Solution Consulting, or Customer Success at a large enterprise software or platform technology company; value/outcome engineering preferred.
Experience leading and developing people leaders; experience within a global team is strongly preferred.
Experience scaling an existing, high-visibility strategy and building credibility with an established team.
Experience partnering with business technology / IT teams to deliver tooling within a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

Lead collaboration & cross-functional governance with Value Management and GTM leaders across Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Business Technology.
Own and evolve the digital value outcomes roadmap, including self-service tooling, value benchmarking, and customer outcomes.
Shape GTM operating models and motions, ensuring digital value experiences align with field needs and revenue priorities.
