Job summary

Financial Aid Services (FAS) is seeking an experienced Director of Outsourced Managed Services to oversee a 14-person team and 20+ client engagements nationwide. The role focuses on transforming processing operations with technology, automation, and AI to drive enrollment growth and financial health for colleges and universities.

You will re-engineer workflows, standardize service delivery, and build scalable talent pipelines while maintaining compliance and delivering client value across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial aid leadership experience.
• Experience leading financial aid operations at higher education organizations.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams and complex initiatives.
• Deep understanding of Title IV regulations and financial aid administration.
• Strong project management and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Processing Services to 50+ clients in 24 months.
• Oversee SOPs, KPIs, and performance dashboards across engagements.
• Drive automation, AI-enabled solutions, and workflow redesign.
• Partner with institutions to ensure successful delivery of contracted services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation across operations.
• Mentor Analysts and staff, fostering a high-performing culture.
