Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced ERP Program Manager to lead large-scale SAP/S4HANA transformation engagements in the US. You will steer multi-module ERP implementations, collaborate with finance, sales and operations leaders, and drive program governance across global teams.

Requires deep business-translation skills, proven leadership of 20+ resources, and the ability to work with executive stakeholders across multiple time zones to deliver on strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large global business transformation programs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical SAP solutions.
• Hands-on leadership of a functional stream in SAP projects.
• Proven track record with multi-module ERP implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse).
• Ability to engage with C-level executives and guide business counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with senior management and CxO level to influence decisions.
• Plan, execute and manage large transformation engagements.
• Manage risks, issues, team and stakeholders; vendor oversight.
• Oversee project deliverables and ensure client satisfaction.
