• Define system governance models, user roles, workflows, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting structures.
• Own deployment and operation of issue management systems and governance processes.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting mechanisms for data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional project execution and track customer action items.
