• Translate business strategy into roadmaps, investment priorities, and execution plans.
• Drive cross-functional governance forums and executive alignment.
• Own delivery of large, complex programs across globally distributed teams.
• Define KPIs, manage risk, and ensure adoption and operational readiness.
