Job summary

Qualifications

• 24x7 availability of enterprise network services.
• Oversee LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, VPN, and data center network operations.
• Manage incidents, problems, and change management processes.
• Executive escalation point for P1/P2 incidents.
• Define and execute global network roadmap aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead network transformation initiatives including cloud, SD-WAN, and Zero Trust networking.
• Establish network standards, policies, and best practices across regions.
• Drive continuous improvement and modernization of network infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor global network engineering and operations teams.
• Define KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
