Qualifications

• Requires strong project and program management experience.
• Expertise in data center management and consolidation.
• Experience with agentic AI and Gen AI solutions.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow AIOps and observability tools.
• Foundational understanding of AWS platform (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Understanding of application and workload move planning (cloud, P2V, V2V, P2P, Lift and Shift).
• Broad IT infrastructure knowledge including servers, storage, networks, databases, DR strategies.
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud – Infrastructure
• Knowledge of Networking and Storage
• Knowledge of Server Virtualization and Automation
• Experience in Change Management and ITIL
• Experience in client management and managing escalations

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure program planning and forecasting of project schedules and budget.
• Plan DC migration to AWS Cloud, identify prerequisites, risks and mitigations.
• Identify dependencies across infrastructure components for seamless migration.
• Coordinate and manage change management and approvals.
• Identify tasks to be automated as part of migration.
• Envision future state of infrastructure and contribute to transformation discussions.
• Conduct strategic discussions with client for infrastructure projects.
• Define requirements and perform effort estimation.
• Negotiate prerequisites, risks and program scope.
• Plan projects and milestones; identify risks and mitigations.
• Report program status to TCS and client leadership.
• Manage stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and partners.
• Ensure delivery accountability across the program.
• Manage client expectations, escalations, and mitigations.
• Review project deliverables for content and quality.
• Recruit team members needed for the program.
