The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and global process optimization.

The candidate will lead global roadmaps, manage dependencies, and coordinate with Product Management, Program Management, and regional teams while traveling 5-10% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the digital industry within product, project management, business operations, sales operations, and/or commerce.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to translate strategy into actionable initiatives.
• Data-driven with the ability to interpret and articulate operational initiatives to drive market performance.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the development of global solutions while maintaining regional solutions.
• Own project roadmaps related to global business drivers and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to launch projects from requirements to post-mortem.
• Contribute to global workshops and team summits to solve business problems and discuss opportunities.
• Drive market and product expansion in collaboration with Product Management and Program Management.
• Manage retrospectives of newly delivered projects against KPIs and communicate outcomes.
