Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is seeking an Operations Solutions Manager to drive global solutions for digital at retail. You will design and implement tools and processes, collaborating with product, program management, and partners to enable growth across regions.

Reporting to Global Operations Solutions, you will own roadmaps, manage dependencies, and communicate progress concisely. The role requires strong project management, data analytics, and global stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the digital industry within product, project management, business operations, sales operations, and/or commerce.
• Commercial - Resourceful in finding solutions to business problems and executing on strategic vision.
• Data-centric and analytics driven with planning skills and ability to articulate operational initiatives.
• Agile – ability to develop recommendations to changing market dynamics.
• Collaborative with strong communication and cross-team coordination.
• Mindful of multi-country, multi-time zone collaboration and global operations.
• Experience working in a global capacity and using collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of global solutions while maintaining regional ones to enable Store and Services sales through digital at retail.
• Own project roadmaps and prioritize based on long-term strategy and immediate tactics.
• Represent Digital Programs with stakeholders and partners on requirements, regional variances, and SLAs; communicate status clearly.
• Contribute to global workshops to ideate features and initiatives for digital at retail and PlayStation marketplace.
• Drive market and product expansion with Product and Program Management and external partners.
• Manage retrospectives of delivered projects against KPIs and communicate learnings to stakeholders.
• Be a key contributor to Digital Programs initiatives and assemble data for leadership updates.
• Maintain flexible working hours to support global operations and travel 5–10%.
