Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in advertising sales or partnerships within gaming, media, or entertainment.
• Established relationships with senior decision makers at US-based global media holding companies.
• Proven track record of scaling advertising sales organizations during platform and capability expansion.
• Experience owning large revenue portfolios and managing complex partnerships.
• Deep understanding of platform ecosystems, monetization models, and global markets.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global Client Partnerships strategy with scalable partner frameworks and multi-year growth plans.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand advertising business with non-endemic brands in Programmatic, FAST/CTV, and emerging ad solutions.
• Lead a global team of client partners and establish structures, operating models, and performance expectations.
• Own global revenue targets, forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and performance accountability.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Operations, Product, Marketing to align strategies and unlock growth opportunities.
