Sony Interactive Entertainment is hiring a Senior Product Manager in the San Mateo area with hybrid work options. You will lead the end-to-end customer experience for PlayStation storefronts across devices and geographies, shaping strategy and delivering high-impact initiatives.

Leverage data and experimentation to optimize the customer journey, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive scalable, compliant experiences globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years with large-scale D2C eCommerce products or platforms.
• Web, Mobile App, and/or TV app experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer experience across devices.
• Shape the global expansion roadmap for storefronts across geographies and channels.
• Leverage data and experimentation to optimize the customer journey from discovery to purchase.
• Collaborate with Store Commercial, Marketing, and Program Management teams to deliver cohesive initiatives.
• Design intuitive, high-performing, and scalable storefront solutions with Eng/UX/Research.
• Ensure global readiness by collaborating with Legal and Compliance.
• Define success metrics and monitor product performance to drive results.
