Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with agile development practices.
• Strong cross-functional partnership and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer experience across devices, translating strategy into a PlayStation Storefront roadmap.
• Shape the global expansion roadmap for storefronts across geographies and channels.
• Champion the player by using data and experimentation to optimize the journey from discovery to purchase.
• Collaborate with Store Commercial, Marketing and Program Management to deliver cohesive initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering, UX and Research to design scalable, high-performing solutions.
• Ensure global readiness by aligning with Legal and Compliance.
• Define success metrics and continuously monitor product performance.
