Intuitive is seeking a Sr. Digital Learning Strategy Manager to design, create, and scale digital-first training that boosts field readiness, strengthens global execution, and supports worldwide procedure growth across Intuitive digital products and da Vinci systems.

You will partner with Sales, Services, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and regional teams to translate product and customer needs into scalable curricula, train-the-trainer assets, and measurable enablement experiences

Responsibilities

• Translate product, procedure, implementation, and customer engagement needs into engaging digital curriculum
• Scale train-the-trainer programs and facilitator toolkits
• Develop measurable enablement experiences for global commercial audiences
• Partner with Sales, Services, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and regional training stakeholders
