Comfrt is seeking a Director of Merchandising to lead our global assortment strategy across ecommerce, retail stores, and international markets. This hands-on leadership role combines data-driven decision making with creative vision to shape product roadmaps and category growth.

As a strategic partner to Product Development, Design and Marketing, you will translate market signals and performance data into an aligned, high-performing assortment.

Competenze

• 12+ years merchandising experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Merchandising, or related field.
• Leadership experience at Director level or higher.
• Omni-channel expertise across e-commerce and retail expansion.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.

Mansioni

• Develop and lead the global merchandising strategy across ecommerce, retail stores, and international markets.
• Define SKU architecture, segmentation, and depth across categories and channels.
• Partner with Product Development to pressure-test line plans using data and market insights.
• Own sell-through, margin performance, and inventory productivity analytics.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to align on pricing and profitability.
