Job summary

Body Art Alliance is seeking a Chief Digital Officer to unify brands, scale global ecommerce, and build a direct-to-consumer channel. You will redefine the operating model, align Product, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, and report directly to the CEO in a fast-moving environment.

You will own the digital experience across all channels, drive CRM, personalization, analytics, and loyalty, and lead a high-performing team across US, EU, and UK.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in senior digital, ecommerce, or CRM leadership.
• Proven P&L ownership and multi-brand / multi-market experience.
• Hands-on with ecommerce platforms, martech, CRM, analytics.
• Experience in private equity backed or fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute global digital and ecommerce strategy.
• Build DTC business and scale across US, EU, UK.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams including Ops, Marketing, Product.
• Own digital tech roadmap and data governance.
