Firstup seeks a Head of Digital Marketing to lead global growth, shaping digital demand, website strategy, paid channels, content, and lifecycle marketing. You’ll coach a high-performing team and partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations to drive measurable pipeline, bookings, and retention.

The role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with experience in digital demand generation, ABM, and enterprise GTM, aiming to accelerate platform adoption and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate professional experience.
• 10+ years in Digital Marketing with 4+ years in leadership within a B2B SaaS organization.
• Deep expertise with modern marketing tech platforms (Clay, Demandbase, Marketo, Qualified).
• Proven success driving digital marketing programs and enterprise GTM models.
• Player-coach mindset with hands-on strategy and execution capability.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a measurable digital demand generation strategy tied to bookings and platform adoption.
• Own global paid channel strategy across-search, social, programmatic, and affiliates for enterprise.
• Lead top-of-funnel ABM programs and define scoring thresholds for handoffs to ABM plays.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive pipeline, product engagement, and retention.
• Own the company website as a growth asset and optimize buyer journeys and conversions.
• Develop content strategy supporting the full buyer journey and improving conversion.
• Establish rigorous operating cadence for goals, investment decisions, and insights.
