Job summary

TransPerfect's TPT Digital is seeking an Account Executive to join a rapidly growing full-stack digital agency formed in 2019 as part of the world‑leading language translation company. You will work with clients and internal teams to drive global digital marketing initiatives and scale outreach for high-value campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role or business development.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a high degree of accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of TPT Digital capabilities and competitive advantages.
• Grow and lead a team of account executives.
• Conceptualize and deploy sales and networking strategies to win new business and expand engagement.
• Collaborate with client services and production teams to ensure projects run smoothly and deliver measurable outcomes.
