Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a Digital Account Manager to drive growth in our Digital Client Solutions group. You will collaborate with Sales and the digital team to pitch SEO, SEM, social and content services, and manage client relationships across regions.

You will lead strategy research, oversee multiregional campaigns, and deliver data-driven insights to improve performance. Strong communication and international experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of digital marketing experience in an agency (SEO/SEM and/or social).
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SEMRush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA and Omniture.
• Experience planning, launching and managing campaigns in SEO, SEM and/or social media; international experience a plus.
• Proven ability to retain and grow client revenue.
• Strong written and verbal communication; data-driven decision making.
• Attention to detail and process orientation.
• Experience auditing websites or profiles to improve performance including multiregional strategies.
• Knowledge or fluency in a second language is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales and the digital client solutions team to sell SEO, SEM, social and content services to clients.
• Perform research to define strategy and present findings to senior team members and clients.
• Oversee multiregional strategy execution with global production teams and stakeholders.
• Quality assure deliverables for adherence to strategy and optimal performance.
• Monitor and report on accounts; set up dashboards and monthly insights.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends and share knowledge with colleagues and clients.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the manager.
