Job summary

Wipro seeks a proactive SOS Tech Coordinator to manage end-to-end device lifecycle operations, provisioning, international shipping, and inventory management. You will blend hands-on technical troubleshooting with client-facing support in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities cover imaging and provisioning across multiple OS, plus logistics, vendor coordination, and SOP updates. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in hardware operations, technical support, inventory management, or international logistics/shipping for electronics.
• Hands-on experience with OS deployment, device imaging, system configuration, and technical troubleshooting across various operating systems.
• Proven track record of high-touch, client-facing customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous data accuracy and ability to maintain data fields across tools and tickets.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Imaging & Provisioning: perform device imaging, hardware setup, initial configuration, and software deployment across macOS, Windows, Linux, Android, ChromeOS, iOS, etc.
• Technical Troubleshooting: provide direct client-facing diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance for consumer electronics and prototype hardware.
• Device Requests & Walk-Ins: review and fulfill device requests; manage walk-up distributions and interactive tech demos.
