Job summary

Logic Springs Technologies seeks an Application Support Specialist to stabilize our remote laptop ecosystem. You will own device lifecycle, imaging, and inventory management, collaborating with technical leads to meet SLAs.

You will manage imaging, deployment, logistics, and Tier 2/3 support for OEM apps and security tooling, using tools like ManageEngine Endpoint Central and TeamViewer, in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Endpoint Central (ManageEngine) or similar MDM/EMS.
• Experience creating, deploying, and managing disk images for Windows laptops.
• Strong hardware, logistics, and shipping/receiving knowledge.
• Experience configuring and managing endpoint security tools (AVG Antivirus).
• Proficient with remote support tools for quick issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end device lifecycle using Endpoint Central for deployment, imaging, and remediation.
• Handle shipping, packaging, and inventory control with accurate logs and vendor coordination.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for OEM apps, drivers, and hardware issues via remote tools.
• Create and maintain SOPs and documentation for imaging, shipping, and support workflows.
