Job summary

WeWork seeks a Design Manager for its Global Design Studio in the United States. With 8+ years of design leadership, you will shape vibrant co-working environments and oversee studio standards, processes, and cross-functional collaboration. Periodic travel may be required.

You will lead a diverse team of designers, collaborate with Architecture, Procurement, and other global teams to deliver complete design packages using Revit and handoffs, ensuring brand-aligned execution across US & Canada.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional design experience in commercial or hospitality interiors.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• BS/BA degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain on-brand project aesthetics for US&Canada markets.
• Mentor regional designers and conduct 1:1 growth sessions.
• Collaborate with Architecture to develop layouts and space planning.
• Produce design packages using Revit and handoff deliverables.
• Coordinate with procurement for FF&E schedules and supplier coordination.
• Ensure design intent aligns with brand standards.
