Job summary

WeWork seeks an Interior Designer with 3+ years of experience for our Global Design Studio. The designer will contribute to vibrant coworking environments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support project development from concept to final handoff using Revit and related tools.

Period travel may be required; candidate will report to the US & Canada Design Manager in a globally integrated studio. WeWork offers full-time employment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years professional experience in high-end Hospitality, Commercial and/or Retail Interior Design (preferred).
• BS or BA Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-directed with initiative and a can-do attitude.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project schedules, millwork design, FF&E principles.

Responsibilities

• Support key initiatives from creation to implementation.
• Ideate the conceptual framework for the project.
• Collaborate to define and maintain on-brand project aesthetics across markets.
• Develop layouts, programming, space planning, and handoff packages using Revit.
• Communicate progress and coordinate with management and global teams.
• Ensure design intent follows brand standards and best practices.
• Produce complete design packages including drawings, lighting strategy, and FF&E specs.
• Stay current with design trends and material selections aligned with brand standards.
• Vendor liaison, materials review, and library management.
• Oversee construction administration during staging and closeout.
