Job summary

Industrious is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead workplace design initiatives, overseeing projects through all phases and collaborating with Real Estate, Construction, and Operations teams. You will guide vendors, maintain brand standards, and drive product design across multiple locations in the US.

The role requires 8–10 years of leadership in design, a degree in Architecture or Interior Design, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam. Travel to US sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design required.
• 8–10 years of design leadership experience in workplace design.
• Experience with hospitality, mixed-use or residential design; construction knowledge is valued.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam; strong knowledge of building codes and construction docs.
• Excellent communication and time management; able to work in a distributed team.
• Willingness to travel within the US up to 1–2 times per month.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all design phases (Test Fit to launch) following Industrious standards.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Operations, Construction and external partners.
• Define and evolve design standards and product specifications.
• Coach Design Managers and develop team performance.
• Improve design workflows and processes for efficiency.
