Job summary

WeWork's Global Design Studio is seeking an Interior Designer with 3+ years of experience to craft vibrant coworking environments and collaborative spaces. You will develop standards, collaborate with architects, engineers, and procurement, and produce detailed design packages using Revit from concept to installation.

The role requires strong organization, cross-functional teamwork, and a willingness to travel periodically.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-end Hospitality, Commercial and/or Retail Interior Design.
• BS or BA in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; knowledge of Enscape, SketchUp is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Support key initiatives from creation to implementation.
• Participate in ideating the conceptual framework for the project.
• Collaborate with the Design Manager, Art & Graphics Director, and Design & Creative Director to define and maintain an on-brand project aesthetic.
• Collaborate with the Architecture Team to develop layouts, space planning, and programming.
• Produce all design packages using Revit, including layouts and handoffs to vendors.
• Communicate project updates and collaborate with teammates on the Global Design Studio.
