Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of interior design experience with a strong workplace portfolio.
• Proficiency in Revit, 3D visualization, and graphic communication.
• Solid command of building codes, specifications, and technical documentation.
• NCIDQ licensed; LEED AP (or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire)
• Professional degree in Interior Design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead design direction, client engagement, and presentations for marquee workplace projects.
• Own the creative vision from concept through construction — SD, DD, and CDs.
• Direct, coordinate, and mentor junior designers; build the next generation of talent.
• Facilitate programming, respond to technical implications of design decisions.
• Manage design budget, cost control, and schedule for your projects.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and vendors as an integrated design leader.
