Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA seeks an experienced Operations leader to manage Deployment Operations for our international programs. You will lead a team, coordinate cross-functional efforts with Growth and Technical Operations, and own the deployment lifecycle from planning to completion.

You will communicate across internal and external stakeholders, ensure resources and assets are in place, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining stringent security and mission readiness

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project management with a focus on international operations.
• Proficiency across Oracle ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, JIRA, Slack.
• Based in Costa Mesa, CA with onsite requirement and ability to travel 20%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth and Technical Operations leads to ensure successful deployments.
• Own and execute the Deployment Operations lifecycle for all deployments within your Business Line.
• Communicate effectively across internal/external teams using Jira, Oracle, Foundry, Salesforce, Slack, email and meetings.
• Create structured deployment plans ensuring people and hardware are in the right place at the right time; provide white-glove service.
• Problem solve and remove obstacles for teams and partners; engage the right teams to help.
• Be a dedicated team player, rolling up sleeves to drive overall mission success.
• Drive continuous improvement of Deployment Operations processes to handle new challenges and products.
• Guide a team of Operations & Logistics Associates through deployment coordination and operations.
