Zusammenfassung

Forcepoint is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Services to ensure customer success during deployment of Forcepoint solutions. The role fuses technical consulting with project management to guide deployments and coordinate with internal teams.

The candidate will onboard new projects, manage multiple deployments, and drive ongoing relationship management with Enterprise customers, including weekly status calls and quarterly reviews, across global time zones.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years in information systems environment supporting business-to-business customers.
• At least 5 years of project management experience with multiple projects in parallel; PMP preferred.
• At least 4 years in a Professional Services setting.
• Experience with Salesforce and PSA; familiar with billing and revenue recognition.
• Experience running large, global programs across multiple technologies and time zones.

Aufgaben

• On-boards new implementation projects and manages deployments.
• Maintains direct engagement with enterprise customer support teams.
• Builds relationships with technical staff and senior customer management.
• Communicates product improvements identified during deployment to Product and Engineering.
• Leads weekly deployment status calls and quarterly reviews.
• Owns deployment escalations with engineering and Tech Support.
• Contributes to knowledge base from deployment lessons learned.
