• 10+ years of progressive supply chain planning, inventory, or S&OP leadership.
• Experience leading end-to-end inventory and planning strategies across global sites.
• Strong forecasting, optimization, and working capital management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global inventory analytics and governance across regions.
• Develop demand forecasts using historical data, market intel, and promotions.
• Define inventory policies, safety stock, reorder points, and service levels.
• Design and lead a global S&OP process with cross-functional collaboration.
• Present assessments to senior leadership and drive continuous improvement.
