Job summary

Radwell International LLC is a global leader in industrial automation and supply chain solutions, seeking a Demand Planning Manager to oversee forecasting, supply planning, and S&OP across domestic and international operations. You will connect customer demand to replenishment decisions, driving high service levels and optimized inventory while partnering with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, or a related supply chain function.
Experience supporting complex, multi-site supply chain operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models and market data.
Translate forecasts into supply plans using MRP/DRP methodologies.
Lead monthly S&OP processes and present insights to leadership.
Monitor KPIs: forecast accuracy, fill rates, and inventory health.
Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Finance and Operations to optimize service levels.
