Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in demand planning or end-to-end supply chain planning.
• Experience leading in a matrixed, multi-region environment.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead global demand planning and enterprise governance initiatives.
• Consolidate regional demand into a unified enterprise view.
• Partner with Supply Planning, Commercial, Finance, and Product to align assumptions and outcomes.
• Translate complex data into executive-ready scenarios and decisions.
• Strengthen planning standards, KPIs and cross-regional accountability.
• Drive global demand-to-supply integration and continuous improvement.
