Asana seeks a Head of Global Campaigns to own the company's global demand generation engine. You will lead strategy, build and optimize full-funnel programs across enterprise and commercial segments, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue.

You will manage a team of Demand Generation strategists and partner with field, partner, and product marketing to own global marketing pipeline goals. The role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule—in-office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday; WFH on

Competenze

• Extensive B2B demand generation experience across enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to own marketing-sourced pipeline targets across AMER, EMEA and APJ.
• Experience scaling a demand generation function during growth or platform repositioning.
• Hands-on ABM expertise with platforms like 6sense or Demandbase.
• Strong GTM tooling knowledge (Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau).

• Define and own global demand generation strategy for corporate and enterprise segments.
• Architect integrated multi-channel programs to move buyers from problem identification to purchase.
• Build and operate always-on demand programs with bursts for product launches and key buying seasons.
• Lead ABM targeting and collaborate with paid media to optimize pipeline velocity.
• Define attribution models and reporting for marketing's contribution to pipeline and new logos.
• Bring AI-first approaches to automate launches, personalize content, and report on results.
