Aquent Talent partners with a leading AI-enabled marketing platform to drive global demand generation. This senior individual contributor will build and scale a revenue-focused engine, influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority and steering partnerships with major cloud providers.

You will craft, measure, and optimize campaigns across channels, focusing on pipeline contribution, lead quality, and ROI, while integrating AI-driven workflows and governance throughout the program

Qualificações

• 7+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing.
• Proven track record of exceeding pipeline or revenue targets.
• Experience with integrated, multi-channel campaign strategies.
• ABM, intent data, propensity modeling, or sales intelligence experience.
• Strong analytical skills and marketing budget management.
• Experience partnering with Sales and presenting to executives.
• Hands-on AI to improve marketing productivity and workflows.
• Excellent communication and project-management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a global demand generation plan aligned with pipeline and revenue goals.
• Own quarterly pipeline contribution targets and optimize performance across channels.
• Manage global advertising and digital marketing budgets for ROI.
• Improve inbound lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per opportunity.
• Oversee the global integrated campaign calendar and strategy.
• Design and launch campaigns for target audiences and KPIs.
• Collaborate with product marketing to translate positioning into demand programs.
• Develop, test, and optimize nurture strategies across the funnel.
• Manage propensity models for account and lead prioritization.
• Provide account intelligence to sales and BD teams with intent signals.
• Measure marketing-owned targeting and refine account prioritization methods.
• Build demand programs with strategic partners and cloud partnerships.
• Evaluate partner performance to guide marketing investments.
• Support content syndication and joint marketing with partners.
• Implement AI-assisted workflows across campaigns and analytics.
• Leverage AI to increase campaign velocity and team productivity.
• Develop a shared AI workflow and prompt library for best practices.
• Establish AI governance with human review, privacy, and brand adherence.
• Lead demand generation initiatives via cross-functional influence.
• Set campaign briefs, timelines, KPIs, and execution standards.
• Partner with marketing operations to build dashboards and performance reports.
• Present demand generation insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
