Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst Advanced Demand Analytics in Titusville, NJ. Hybrid onsite role supporting global demand planning within Innovative Medicine Supply Chain. You will execute reports, build dashboards, and own forecasting for an assigned global brand.

The role requires a strong quantitative background, 4+ years of analytical experience, and proficiency in tools like Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI. Travel may be required for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative field; strong analytical background required.
• Preferred certifications include Six Sigma, Lean, or similar process-improvement training.
• Experience with enterprise planning tools and data visualization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run recurring demand planning and analytics reports from enterprise systems and validate outputs.
• Prepare and distribute communications on report availability, data updates, and key findings.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, metrics, and self-service tools for forecast visibility.
• Monitor data quality and reporting performance; document issues and coordinate resolution.
• Collaborate with Global Planning Excellence to implement process improvements and testing.
• Own the demand planning process for an assigned global brand, incl. forecast consolidation and risk analysis.
• Support statistical forecasting and guide planners to use reports effectively.
• Create training materials and provide user support for reporting and planning processes.
• Participate in continuous-improvement initiatives and escalate significant risks.
