Job summary

Johnsonville is seeking a Senior Demand Planning Analyst at its Global Headquarters to lead nationwide forecasting initiatives and translate commercial insights into operational plans. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to improve forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement in planning processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Demand Planning or Supply Planning.
• Hands-on experience with connected planning solutions.
• Experience with o9 is highly preferred.
• CPG industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop rolling demand forecasts across the planning horizon at item, customer, and location levels.
• Utilize statistical forecasting models while incorporating commercial intelligence.
• Analyze historical sales, shipment, consumption, seasonality and trends.
• Incorporate promotional activity, launches, wins/losses, and lifecycle management into forecasts.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to adhere to IBP methodology and monitor KPIs.
