Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, DePuy Synthes unit, seeks a Manager, Planning Parameters & Analytics to govern planning master data and analytics across multiple locations, including Raritan, NJ. You will drive data-driven decision making and continuous improvement in supply planning with cross-functional collaboration.

You will develop and maintain policies, standards, and KPI frameworks, and work with IT to enhance ERP systems while improving forecasting accuracy and inventory health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, etc.).
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Expertise in Master Data Management and data governance.
• Solid ERP experience (SAP and/or JD Edwards).
• Proven ability to translate data into business insights and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain governance for planning parameters (lead times, lot sizes, reorder points).
• Develop KPI frameworks to measure forecast accuracy, inventory health, and service levels.
• Analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable insights to improve planning performance.
• Present data-driven recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Planning Directors to implement BI tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Lead master data management initiatives and ensure data accuracy and standardization.
• Partner with IT to support ERP enhancements and data architecture improvements.
