Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an Associate Director, Global Oncology Forecasting, Analytics, and Market Research, based in Raritan, NJ. The role focuses on forecasting and insights to support the Global Oncology organization.

Responsibilities include developing robust forecast models, leading market research, and delivering strategic recommendations to senior leadership across global and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of progressive experience or advanced degree with 5 years in Forecasting, Market Research, Quantitative Sciences, or related fields.
• Forecasting experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Oncology forecasting/analytics experience preferred.
• Market Research experience with forecasting experience preferred.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, update forecast models for long-range planning and governance milestones.
• Deliver global forecasts and perform sensitivity analyses; align with Global and Regional stakeholders.
• Lead market research plans, execute qualitative and quantitative studies, translate insights into actions.
• Communicate opportunities and risks clearly to global and regional leadership; support decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development to optimize commercial strategies.
