Johnsonville, LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Demand Planning Analyst to blend analytics with business partnership, lead monthly consensus, translate insights into forecasts, and influence Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.

The role combines statistical forecasting, market intelligence, customer insights, promotional planning and business analytics to improve forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement in planning processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Demand Planning or Supply Planning.
• Hands-on experience with advanced planning and optimization within a Connected Planning Solution.
• Experience with o9 is highly preferred.
• IBF, APICS or other forecast/supply chain certification preferred.
• Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop rolling demand forecasts across the planning horizon at item, customer, and location levels.
• Utilize statistical forecasting models while incorporating commercial intelligence.
• Analyze historical sales, shipment, consumption, seasonality, trends, demand drivers and market changes.
• Incorporate promotional activity, launches, wins/losses, and lifecycle management into forecasts.
• Use and maintain o9 Connected Planning tool for forecasting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to adhere to IBP methodology and drive actions.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias; provide root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead enhancements to demand planning processes and automation where possible.
