Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Lead for Communications, Media and High-Tech (CMT) to lead delivery of projects on large, complex accounts across geographies. You will manage teams, align with clients, and drive smooth execution of initiatives.

The role requires 8+ years in delivery/excellence and 5+ years servicing CMT clients, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Travel may be required; compensation discussed during interview.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operational excellence, delivery management, account management, sales, or vendor management experience.
• 5+ years' experience supporting/working with CMT Industry and clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

• People Management: lead a team of product experts to solve complex customer technical issues.
• Response and Resolution: manage customer relationships for Technical Support and escalation point for Support Engineers.
• Readiness: ensure team has required technical skills and collaborate with engineering/product teams to fill gaps.
• Product/Process Improvement: communicate customer feedback and set standards to drive improvements.
• Business Integration: identify opportunities to collaborate across teams for a great customer experience.
