Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in IT service delivery or global operations.
• Proven experience running transformation programs for multi-region delivery centers.
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery models and global delivery center operations.
• Excellent communication and executive-level influencing skills.
• Hands-on leader with strong portfolio and program management and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio of transformation programs across delivery centers to drive consistency and standardization.
• Manage stakeholder communications, SteerCo's, and quarterly reviews to show ROI progress.
• Develop Delivery Center Playbooks outlining engagement and best practices.
• Create customer success stories and testimonials; accelerate adoption.
• Establish onboarding playbooks and processes to scale to 10,000+ resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
