Job summary

USP, based in Rockville, MD, seeks a Senior Manager of Equity & Inclusion to lead the Equity Office globally. This role designs, manages, and evaluates DEIB programs, ensuring high-quality delivery across regions and partnerships with Human Resources, Talent Management, and Communications.

Success requires a strong DEIB background, global mindset, and exceptional program management. You will translate strategy into action, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement within Equity Equals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in related field.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant DEIB leadership experience.
• Experience tracking and using quantitative and qualitative data for DEIB program progress.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage and execute approved Equity Office initiatives, ensuring timely, scoped delivery.
• Translate Equity Equals Excellence into actionable work plans with timelines.
• Coordinate internal Equity Office workflows and ensure alignment across regions.
• Ensure deliverables are complete and reviewed before Director approval.
• Develop and maintain measurement and documentation for Equity Office programs.
• Oversee DEIB principles across USP Equity Equals Excellence programs and learning.
• Coordinate with global sites to support Equity Office initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and Communications to integrate Equity Office work into people processes.
• Oversee development and delivery of Equity Office learning content and materials.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks and adjust execution as needed.
• Manage Equity Office communications timelines with Communications partners.
• Provide guidance to Program Managers and Associates for clear role definition.
• Apply continuous improvement using data, feedback, and reflection.
