Job summary

USP, the U.S. Pharmacopeial Convention, headquartered in Rockville, MD, seeks a Senior Manager, Equity and Inclusion to lead global DEIB initiatives within the Equity Office.

You will design, manage and evaluate programs, translate strategy into actionable plans, coordinate workflows across regions, and partner with HR, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and Communications. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of DEIB program design and leadership experience.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives.
• Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to assess DEIB progress.
• Experience in global equity programming with cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage and execute Equity Office initiatives.
• Translate direction into work plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate and manage internal Equity Office workflows.
• Ensure deliverables are complete and reviewed before Director approval.
• Lead measurement and documentation of Equity Office programs.
• Oversee DEIB implementation across USP Equity Equals Excellence programs.
• Coordinate with USP global sites for initiative implementation.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and Communications.
• Oversee development and delivery of Equity Office learning content.
• Monitor and evaluate program progress, identify risks and adjust.
• Manage timelines and deliverables related to Equity Office communications.
• Provide direction to Program Managers and Associates.
• Apply continuous improvement with data, feedback and reflection.
