You will define growth strategy, build senior relationships with defence primes, systems integrators, and government agencies, and lead opportunities from identification to contract award. The position offers strategic impact and future leadership development.

Qualifications

• Senior-level business development experience in Defence, Security, Aerospace or related tech.
• Proven track record creating new business and complex deals.
• Credibility with senior industry and customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Defence & Security growth strategy.
• Develop senior relationships with defence primes, systems integrators, government and military.
• Identify emerging programmes and strategic market opportunities.
• Lead opportunities from identification through to contract award.
• Collaborate across the Group to create differentiated customer solutions.
• Provide market insight influencing investment and growth strategy.
