Job summary

CAE USA is seeking a Senior Manager, International Business Development to expand the military training portfolio beyond the United States. You will lead capture efforts, manage global customer relationships, and coordinate with engineering, finance, legal and program management teams to win major defense programs.

Based in Tampa, FL or Arlington, TX, the role requires 10+ years of international military business development, experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial

Qualifications

• 10+ years of international military business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow CAE USA Military Training portfolio outside the United States.
• Collaborate with program and functional teams on capture strategies.
• Identify and qualify opportunities, manage customer relationships.
• Lead negotiations with foreign buyers and finalize sales agreements.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare management reports.
• Represent CAE at international defense exhibitions and trade shows.
