You will shape technical sales plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and coach regional experts to align with the R&D roadmap and profitability goals. The role requires deep knowledge of power/distribution systems, transformer technologies, and datacenter business models across Hyperscale, Colocation, and Edge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 10 years of experience in power or distribution systems.
• Master's degree in engineering accepted with 8 years of relevant experience.
• 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development or account management in datacenter and energy solutions.
• 5 years working with transformers technologies (high/medium/low voltage) and integration into power distribution networks.
• 5 years developing and executing strategic marketing and sales plans for profitability and growth.
• 1 year using data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, KPI dashboards, Salesforce, SAP, Power BI).
• Leadership experience in regional or global markets and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and drive innovative datacenter solutions globally.
• Set order and gross margin targets for the sales leadership team.
• Align internal teams and external partners to execute market plans.
• Coach regional teams and support the development of product specialists and R&D roadmap.
• Communicate datacenter market trends and capabilities to customers and stakeholders.
